Nima Jalali is an associate in the firm's Los Angeles office. He represents school districts in the firms’ Litigation, Governance & Leadership and Labor & Employment practice groups. He provides a wide array of services to clients, with a focus on litigation and labor and employment issues.
Mr. Jalali began his career at F3 as a summer law clerk where he gained valuable experience in education law and assisted clients in a variety of matters, including analyzing public records requests, drafting motions to compel, ex parte motions, discovery requests and contracts. In addition to his legal work with F3, Mr. Jalali served as a law clerk for the Office of the City Attorney in Riverside, CA and as a legal assistant in a Los Angeles area firm that focuses on construction law.
Mr. Jalali earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, at Loyola Law School and is a member of the Order of the Coif. While there, he received a First Honors Award for Trial and Appellate Advocacy. Additionally, he was on the Scott Moot Court team where he placed as a national finalist and regional champion in the 2016 ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition. He also holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Outside of his professional activities, Mr. Jalali enjoys producing music, hiking and traveling. He speaks conversational Farsi.
