Jessica Ehrlich is a partner in the firm's Los Angeles office and is a member of the firm's Business, Facilities, Real Estate, Construction & Energy Practice Group. She assists clients in a variety of areas, including construction and facilities litigation, property acquisition, land use and environmental issues.
Prior to joining F3, Ms. Ehrlich spent over seven years representing public agencies, including K-12 and higher education institutions, in construction and facilities litigation as well as environmental issues, transactional matters and governance issues, including Brown Act and public records requests. With an extensive background in civil litigation, Ms. Ehrlich has litigated at both the arbitration and trial levels, as well as resolved disputes through mediation. Ms. Ehrlich also has prior experience in labor and employment law and surety insurance defense.
Ms. Ehrlich obtained her Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2004, where she was a member of the Moot Court Association. She graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Minors in English and History. She also interned at the National Women’s Political Caucus in Washington, D.C. Ms. Ehrlich is currently admitted to the California State Bar. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central, Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of California.
