Brandon Lallande is an associate in the firm's San Diego office, where he is a member of the Labor & Employment and Litigation Practice Groups. Mr. Lallande primarily assists clients in the areas of employee discipline and governance, including issues related to compliance with the California Voting Rights Act.
Mr. Lallande began his career with F3 as a law clerk. Prior to that, he clerked for the Riverside City Attorney's Office. He also served as a judicial extern in the Criminal Appeals and Correctional Law Divisions of the California Office of the Attorney General, writing and filing respondent's briefs and drafting motions for summary judgments, respectively. In addition, Mr. Lallande was an executive board member of the University of San Diego Moot Court.
Mr. Lallande earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of San Diego, School of Law, where he received CALI Awards for Excellence in both torts and evidence as well as earning Honors in the school's negotiation course. A graduate of the University of California, Riverside, he holds a B.A. in Political Science and was on the Chancellor's Honor List for each of his four years of enrollment. Additionally, he is a Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society Member.
Outside of his professional activities, Mr. Lallande volunteers as a youth football coach and mentors high school student athletes. He enjoys photography, hiking, snorkeling, and kayaking.
