Elizabeth Schwartz is an associate in the firm’s Oakland office, where she assists clients in student services and special education matters.
Prior to joining F3 as an associate, Ms. Schwartz was a summer associate and post-bar clerk for the firm. During law school, she externed for the Honorable Michael J. McShane in the United States District Court, District of Oregon, assisted the Lane County District Attorney's Office through the Criminal Prosecution Clinic, and clerked for the Oregon Department of Justice's Child Advocacy Section. Prior to beginning her law career, she taught second grade in Oklahoma City through Teach for America.
Ms. Schwartz earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law, where she was president of the Moot Court Board, director of the Child and Family Law Association, and an Oregon Child Advocacy Project fellow. She holds a B.S. in business from Miami University.
