Kaitlyn Tucker is an associate in the firm's Sacramento office. Her practice focuses primarily on student services and special education matters.
Prior to joining F3, Ms. Tucker worked at the California College Guidance Initiative, where she focused on student data, privacy and state law compliance. During law school, she worked as an investigator at the Office of Fair Housing and Equity and was a policy intern for the Office of Senate Counsel and the Program for Human Rights & the Global Economy.
Ms. Tucker earned her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law, where she was a member of the International Refugee Assistance Project, the Women’s Law Caucus and the Human Rights Caucus. She earned her B.A. in communication and political science from Santa Clara University.
