California Council of School Attorneys selects Peter Fagen as President

A recognized and respected leader in education law, Peter K. Fagen was elected by his peers statewide to serve as president of the California Council of School Attorneys (CCSA). This professional network is affiliated with the California School Boards Association and strives to study emerging policy and legal issues facing public education.

"Peter's friendly and collaborative nature combined with his visionary leadership will serve the Association and public education well as we confront issues stemming from reform in the digital age, resource conservation and ongoing budget challenges," said Keith Bray, General Counsel, CSBA and Director, Education Legal Alliance.

"I am humbled and honored to serve in this important role, and I thank my colleagues for trusting me to marshal their collective wisdom to benefit our schools and the 6.2 million students they serve," commented Fagen.
