Diane Marshall-Freeman Elected as COSA Officer

NSBA Council of School Attorneys selects Diane Marshall-Freeman as Officer

A recognized and respected leader in education law, Diane Marshall-Freeman was recently elected as an officer of the National School Boards Association (NSBA) Council of School Attorneys (COSA). She was selected to serve as secretary for the fiscal year 2015-16 at the organization's annual business meeting, held March 21, 2015 at the School Law Seminar in Nashville, Tennessee.

Diane is a partner in F3's Sacramento office and has practiced law for over 25 years. She has an extensive background in general and special education law and serves as general counsel to the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) as well as Chair of the firm's Higher Education practice group.

COSA provides information and practical assistance to more than 3000 attorneys representing K-12 public school districts and state school boards associations.
