Walkout: Students' Call To Action To Make Their Voices Heard

The recent school shooting tragedy in Florida has understandably prompted emotion and motivated engagement among high school students nationwide. One response has been to organize campus walkouts, which has led to numerous questions from school administrators on whether such walkouts are lawful, the potential consequences to students and staff, and the legal risks involved, among other things.

F3 Law recently partnered with the Alameda County Office of Education to address frequently asked questions related to the national movement among students to organize campus walkouts.
