I work in a collaborative manner with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties to analyze the underlying problems behind a legal dispute and devise the best possible solution. When settlement is not an option, I am a zealous litigator for my clients.

Overview

Yoni Avraham is an experienced civil litigation attorney with a diverse practice background that includes personal injury, business and real estate disputes, employment law, and securities disputes. He has worked on both the plaintiff and defense sides of civil litigation, gaining a well-rounded perspective in these areas. Yoni also brings extensive knowledge of the application of blockchain technology to dispute resolution, offering clients innovative solutions in complex cases.

Before practicing law, Yoni helped manage his family’s plumbing business, bringing valuable business insight to his legal work.

Yoni earned his Law Degree in 2015 from Pepperdine University School of Law, along with a certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
