Whether I’m working closely with our attorneys as a team member or directly with clients, I always bring my full commitment to public education and years of experience in handling a wide range of customer service matters. The 12-plus years I served on my local school board provides me with insight into the challenges school districts encounter and the important mission they work diligently every day to fulfill: educating our students.

Overview

As client services consultant, Kelli Moors helps attorneys communicate effectively by guiding them in creating engaging and effective conference presentations and client training sessions. She ensures that material is crafted in clear, understandable terms and tailored to fit its target audiences.

When a crisis, controversy or major change occurs within a school district, Kelli assists clients and lawyers in disseminating information with sensitivity and compassion while staying within all relevant legal parameters and confidentiality boundaries. She also coordinates community engagement responses and media monitoring connected to legal issues. Kelli served on her local school board for more than 12 years and continues to draw on her deep and broad understanding of the concerns and challenges faced by F3’s clients.

Always looking to help lawyers in identifying and mitigating issues that could pose potential problems for school districts, Kelli takes a farsighted approach to staying on top of relevant trends, developments and current events, particularly in the education arena. She monitors emerging issues in California, the United States, and the world at large and informs attorneys of any pertinent topics that should begin to appear on their radar screens.

Describing herself as a “process person” through and through, Kelli applies her highly regarded organizational and management skills to every project, from spreadsheets to budgets to timelines. She excels at transforming ideas from thought bubbles to finished products that she and her team can deliver to clients with great confidence that the results fulfill their needs.

After School

I attend a regular Tuesday night Scrabble game with a group of very fun and competitive “word nerds,” as we call ourselves. I’m a native of San Diego County and truly appreciate and make the most of living here. I especially like to get my toes sandy by walking on the beach every day.
