Holding PowerSchool Accountable For Damages to Vulnerable Youth
Data privacy breaches have serious and long-lasting negative impacts for any victim of the breach; however, such negative consequences are even more pronounced when vulnerable youth are impacted. Such negative consequences impact student safety well-being, academic success, and future opportunities. This is particularly so here, given the scope and types of confidential records accessed.
