Whether she’s partnering with leadership to achieve big-picture goals, or empowering individual team members to shine, Amy is committed to creating a workplace that is not only productive, but in which everyone feels valued and inspired to achieve, engage and contribute to their full potential. This, she believes, is a strong way an organization can grow and succeed.

Diverse early HR roles showed Amy how powerful an impact a thoughtful HR Team can have on a workplace population. They can transform challenges into growth opportunities and even heal distrustful departmental reputations and practices. She strives to approach every situation with fresh eyes and is constantly trying to elevate efficiencies to propagate the firm’s culture.

After School

I have an 11-year-old daughter, and we love to swim, enjoy Southern California beaches, karaoke, and have dance parties. I love hiking, BBQing with family and watching wildlife.
