As a former teacher and former grant writer in the field of education and social services, I understand at least some of the challenges that come with trying to serve the needs of so many people and parties. My experience in law school, along with a judicial externship, a summer associate position with a civil litigation firm, and clinical work in special education, has helped me apply my work experience in the field of school law. I help clients navigate the law while offering guidance on implementing best practices, all with the goal of improving the educational experience for California students.
