Serving school districts throughout California, David Moreno handles a variety of employment, labor, governance and general education law issues. They include grievances, unfair practice charges and table negotiations through impasse and post-impasse proceedings. He frequently conducts investigations of discrimination complaints by employees and finds it gratifying to interview the parties involved and piece together a cohesive and compelling narrative of each account.

David draws on extensive experience when advising on certificated and classified employee discipline matters, leaves, status disputes, layoffs, discrimination claims and union issues. He helps protect school districts, and the kids they educate, by ushering them through employee terminations stemming from poor job performance or conduct.
