David Vierra brings four decades of experience, in all administrative ranks, to new and veteran school leaders, helping them to identify and meet specific goals, and guiding them through whatever challenges they may face in the rapidly changing educational environment.

With his collaborative, team approach, David has a keen ability to build capacity in others. As a mentor or executive coach, he assists district leaders and aspiring leaders with professional development, strategic planning, human resource management, labor relations, fiscal solvency, school safety, and student engagement. He has personally guided districts through serious crises, as well as challenges created by rapid population surges and demographic shifts.

David works with all members of a district’s governance team, advising and training them on substantive governance issues—while helping them to collaborate and communicate effectively with each other, the stakeholders, and the broader community in a way that best serves the interests of their students. He has also assisted institutions of higher education with governance matters.
