Denise Wong is an associate dedicated to the complexities of education law, where she helps navigate the legal landscape surrounding school districts and educational institutions.

Before focusing on education, Denise developed a strong, broad-based foundation in civil litigation. Her experience includes successfully handling matters related to labor and employment, legal challenges faced by public entities, and a wide range of general civil disputes. This diverse background gives her a well-rounded perspective that is invaluable to her current education clients.

Denise’s commitment to legal advocacy began well before she started practicing. While in law school, she served as a Certified Law Clerk for the UC Davis Family Protection and Legal Assistance Clinic. She contributed her research skills as a Research Editor and Submissions Co-Chair for the Journal for International Law and Policy. She also held leadership positions, serving as the Professional Development Co-Chair for the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, the Culture Week Chair for the King Hall Moot Court Honors Board, and the Co-Chair for the Humanitarian Aid Legal Organization, in addition to being an active member of the Trial Practice Honors Board.

Denise brings this passion for both law and service to her work every day, ensuring her clients receive thoughtful and effective representation.

After School

Outside of the office, I dance hula. I also love exploring different parts of Los Angeles, trying up-and-coming restaurants, and checking out history museums and botanical gardens.
