As a product of local school districts and a graduate of the University of California system, I take pride in counseling public education professionals to help them problem solve and achieve their goals. I utilize my legal knowledge and strong communication skills to handle a range of matters across the education law space.

What's it like to work with me?

As the daughter of a special education teacher, I deeply appreciate the work performed by educators across California. I am always genuine in my interactions with clients, and draw from my background in communications to make sure my clients have a full understanding of all options so they can make informed decisions. I am a fierce and loyal advocate, and clients appreciate that they can turn to me with questions and concerns and know that they will be heard.

Emily Roberts applies her prior legal experience, quick thinking and strong communication skills to provide excellent client service in a range of education law matters.

Emily carefully drafts, reviews and revises contracts and other documents pertaining to sales, purchases, and leasing of facilities and properties to protect client interests and achieve the desired outcome. Emily also assists clients in a wide range of special education, education technology, employment and interscholastic activity matters.

Before joining F3 Law, Emily worked as a corporate attorney for an international law firm, representing private and public companies of all stages and sizes and helping them navigate corporate governance issues and complex legal landscapes. Emily uses her experience in supporting the growth of companies throughout their life cycles to think ahead and not only support school districts and educators where they are, but also assist them in getting where they’re going.

After School

When I'm not serving clients, I love being active, listening to a good Dateline podcast, and spending time in Lake Tahoe.
