Overview

An accomplished communications, public relations and marketing professional with more than 30 years of experience, Gail Pinsker thoughtfully guides F3 clients through the critical communications aspects of their legal issues, including strategic executive and crisis communications, and community and media relations.

Gail supports clients in implementing ongoing and proactive communications initiatives that foster strong parent and community engagement. This, in turn, enhances the image of the district and leadership in the communities served.

Gail most recently served as the Chief Communications Officer for the Santa Monica-Malibu USD from 2015-2025 and served in a similar role with the Wm. S. Hart Union High School District in Santa Clarita from 2010-2015.

Involvement

Gail is an active member of the California School Public Relations Association (CalSPRA), where she currently serves as co-chair for the Los Angeles / Central Coast region. She serves on the CalSPRA legislative analysis workgroup.

Throughout her career, Gail has served on two education foundation boards and recently served on the Santa Monica Police Activities League board. She enjoys volunteering for youth-oriented nonprofits.

After School

When I’m not working, you can find me with family and friends enjoying the outdoors, dining out, enjoying live music, or taking a Pilates class. I’m a mom to three wonderful adult children and will be a first time grandma in spring 2026.
