A product of Northern California public schools (K-J.D.), Isabella Marra primarily works with clients in the San Francisco Bay Area and the Central Valley. Her practice centers on student and workplace investigations, including matters involving Title IX, the Uniform Complaint Procedures (UCP), Administrative Regulation 4030, and other allegations of misconduct.  She also advises clients on a range of student and labor and employment matters, including discipline and labor disputes.

Isabella began her journey with F3 Law as a Summer Law Clerk while attending UC Davis School of Law. There she distinguished herself as an advocate, serving as Co-Chair of the Recruitment, Retention, and Outreach Committee and mentoring first-generation law students. She further honed her legal skills through moot court competitions and her work as a research editor. She now brings this experience and dedication to her practice.

Isabella first developed a passion for the education system during her time at AileyCamp, a summer dance intensive and personal development program for Bay Area middle schoolers. Each year, she worked closely with administrators-in-training from the Principal Leadership Institute at UC Berkeley. She introduced them to AileyCamp’s unique learning model, which leverages the arts to empower students and foster inclusivity. Isabella feels privileged to continue this collaborative work as an education law attorney, where she can make a meaningful impact on the lives of students and educators.
