Janine Jones oversees F3 Law’s administrative and operational functions across the Midwest, helping the firm run efficiently and scale its nationwide education law platform.

Before joining F3 Law, Janine served as Director of Operations at Kriha Boucek, a boutique education law firm in Illinois. There, she led financial planning, HR, technology, and process improvements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Janine’s career has been anything but linear—and that’s what makes her so effective. She started as a file clerk at 19, moved into web development at a time when few women were in programming, and later managed teams in marketing, graphic design, and software development. She’s also run her own small educational nonprofit. Each role sharpened her ability to lead people, manage complex projects, and find practical solutions. After Kriha Boucek combined with F3 Law, Janine became a key leader in the integration effort. She works closely with colleagues across the firm to align processes, standardize technology, and build strong operational foundations as the firm continues to expand.

Known for her steadiness under pressure and ability to turn big ideas into actionable plans, Janine is a trusted partner to both the executive committee and staff. She is energized by F3 Law’s collaborative, client-first culture and is deeply committed to the firm’s ongoing success.
