Jennifer Larivee is the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at F3 Law, where she brings more than 25 years of experience in client service, business development, strategic marketing, and communications. With a dynamic background that spans multiple industries, Jennifer plays a pivotal role in shaping and leading the firm’s marketing and growth initiatives.

In her current role, Jennifer oversees every facet of the firm’s marketing and business development efforts. From brand strategy and creative design to events, marketing technology, and proposal management, she’s involved at every level. She’s also the driving force behind several high-impact firmwide initiatives, including enterprise risk management (ERM), client relationship management (CRM), rebranding efforts, website development, and the build-out of key business systems like experience databases and proposal platforms. She is also focused on the firm’s expansion into new locations that align with firm strategy.

Before joining F3 Law, Jennifer served as the Chief Marketing Officer for an AmLaw 100 firm, where she led comprehensive marketing and business development strategies across a national platform. Prior to that, she was the Director of Marketing at one of California’s premier plaintiff-side litigation boutiques. In that role, she managed all aspects of marketing, communications, and client development, helping to raise the firm’s profile and deepen client engagement.

Jennifer’s path into legal marketing was a natural blend of her interests in both the law and business. Earlier in her career, she led operations for a dot-com entertainment company during the tech boom, gaining hands-on experience in digital strategy and fast-paced business environments. She also worked in marketing for an entertainment company and started her professional journey in the editorial department at Good Housekeeping magazine—an experience that gave her a solid foundation in storytelling, communication, and content strategy.

Jennifer holds both her AB and JD degrees from Washington University, a testament to her deep understanding of the legal field and her strategic approach to business.
