John Fraher is a veteran litigator who supports the firm’s education clients via provision of legal counsel and litigation services.
In the past, John has represented individuals, as well as multi-national companies, in personal injury and wrongful death claims, construction defect actions, commercial litigation, class actions, professional liability claims and homeowner association litigation, among others.
John has deposed hundreds of individuals, including plaintiffs, witnesses, physicians, psychiatrists, business owners, police officers and experts. John has also argued hundreds of motions, such as demurrers, motions to strike, motions for summary judgment, motions for non-suit and motions for fees and costs. Likewise, John has mediated hundreds of cases.
