As a former classroom teacher, principal, and assistant superintendent with 35 years of experience, I understand on a granular level the depth, breadth, and impact of each decision that education leaders are asked to make daily. I provide leaders with support and assistance in finding solutions to personnel-related matters, school board relations, as well as curriculum and instruction programs. My goal is to help school leaders navigate each step to effectively resolve issues confronting them, their department, and their school districts.

After School

I am fortunate to have four grandsons and many of my activities revolve around them! I volunteer in the elementary classrooms of my two youngest. I am an active participant on the Board of one grandson’s private school.
