Rami Noeil represents education professionals when litigation arises and provides compliance counsel on an array of issues in the areas of labor and employment as well as governance and leadership. He enjoys working to resolve conflicts and help clients avoid them. As he says, “I like working on both the back and front ends of legal counsel.”

Applying his strong research and writing skills, Rami prepares legal drafts based on examination of various documents, including complaints, declarations, discovery requests, responses, and other pleadings. He conducts research by studying laws, statues, constitutions, regulations, court opinions and other sources of information. He also drafts legal memorandum and prepares initial case evaluations.

Prior to joining F3 Law, Rami served as an extern at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, San Diego, CA, which gave him insight and perspective into the internal workings and culture of the judiciary. All of this experience enhances his ability to serve clients today.

As a first-generation immigrant from Iraq, Rami is able to connect and communicate with a wide range of people with many different backgrounds.
