Overview

Riley Davis works with public school district clients in California, primarily in Title IX and other discrimination related matters. He provides counsel to clients and supports them through investigations and litigation.

Riley is passionate about understanding the perspective of his clients before seeking legal solutions. He works thoughtfully and carefully to understand the issues and constraints faced by his clients so he can research solutions that best serve them.

Prior to joining F3, Riley worked as a litigation associate where he supported corporate clients through litigation and investigations. During law school, Riley worked as a judicial extern in the Eastern District of California and participated in the UC Davis Family Protection Clinic.

Riley attended California public schools for the duration of his education and is proud to support their mission as an attorney.

After School

I am an avid walker and runner. While my day-to-day ventures are limited to walking my dog or running around my local parks, I enjoy racing the occasional marathon or ultra-marathon.
