Roda Saoor is an education law attorney who represents school districts and public education agencies across California in litigation, governance, and compliance matters, including Public Records Act requests and student discipline. She brings a strong commitment to equity and a passion for serving underrepresented communities, informed by her prior work in dependency law representing foster youth and in nonprofit legal services supporting survivors of human trafficking and immigrant communities.

Before joining F3, Roda served as a policy intern with the Children’s Advocacy Institute and was actively involved in advocacy during law school. She was a representative for Advocates for Children and Education and served on the editorial board of the International Law Journal at the University of San Diego School of Law. Her diverse background adds a thoughtful, client-centered perspective to her work supporting educational institutions.

Roda moved to the United States in eighth grade and experienced firsthand the opportunities that strong public schools can provide. Her work is driven by deep gratitude for the educators and institutions that shaped her journey—and by a commitment to ensuring that all students have access to the same support and opportunities.
