With four decades of experience in both the instructional and administrative arenas of public-school systems in four states, Suzanne O’Connell applies her deep knowledge to support clients’ business services departments and help them navigate a complex, multifaceted landscape of day-to-day operations.

Throughout her long career in the public schools, Suzanne has worn a variety of hats—including as teacher, principal, director, assistant superintendent ED services and deputy superintendent administrative services/CBO. In these roles she oversaw an array of key functions, including teaching and learning, special education, land acquisition, construction management and budgets, bonds and finance. Very few scenarios arise in the public education arena that Suzanne hasn’t previously encountered. School districts appreciate her full understanding of and rich background in curriculum and instruction, master facility planning, fiscal management, progress monitoring, and accountability audits.

Suzanne provides F3 clients with strategic and practical guidance as they grapple with many different issues, including property sales and purchases, new school openings, closures of established schools, transportation scheduling, food service contracting, and budgetary and financial complications. She also helps administrators communicate their messages effectively by assisting them in creating and delivering informative, engaging presentations.
