F3 Law proudly congratulates our partner, Howard Fulfrost, on his appointment to the Executive Committee of the California Lawyers Association’s Public Law Section.

In addition to his legal practice, Howard plays a key role in shaping public law policy across California. As a member of the Executive Committee, he will help guide a section of more than 1,300 members, with a focus on promoting clarity, effectiveness, and fairness in laws that impact the public interest.  Through this leadership position, Howard will contribute to the development of educational programs, the publication of the Public Law Journal, and the advancement of excellence among legal professionals who serve public agencies and the communities they represent.

We commend Howard for this well-earned recognition and thank him for his continued dedication to the public law community in California.
