Nov 04, 2026less than a minute

F3 Law is pleased to announce the publication of IDEA Due Process Survival Guide: A Step-by-Step Companion for Administrators and Attorneys, co-authored by Howard Fulfrost and Jan Tomsky and published by LRP Media Group.

Designed to bring together the perspectives of administrators and attorneys, the guide walks readers through the IDEA due process procedure, from recognizing warning signs that a filing may be imminent through the appeals process. It provides practical guidance, case examples, and experienced litigators’ best practices to help education professionals prepare effectively and work collaboratively throughout the process.

The publication also includes a new chapter on examining technology and artificial intelligence in due process litigation, including AI hallucinations, student records and privacy, and data security and electronic evidence.

IDEA Due Process Survival Guide is now available from LRP Media Group. Learn more and purchase a copy.
