Drawing on experience advising clients in a broad range of transactions, Andrew McCraven represents school districts, community colleges, and other public agencies in a broad range of business and facilities related matters with a focus on negotiating and coordinating real property acquisitions and sales and leasing transactions. Further, Andrew has extensive experience drafting and negotiating all types of contracts, including technology transactions, equipment leases, and independent contractor agreements.

As an experienced transactional real estate attorney, Andrew manages transactions through all stages of the deal process from initial diligence through closing. He ensures effective communication among all parties to meet closing deadlines promptly.
