I can help you solve challenges across the education system—whether you're facing student-related issues or employment matters—by drawing on my own experience navigating public education from K–12 through law school. I bring a deep, first-hand understanding of how these systems work at every level, which allows me to identify problems quickly and offer practical, informed solutions.

What's it like to work with me?

I am a team player and pride myself on my ability to build relationships and collaborate with those around me. Growing up in a family of educators, I have always recognized the importance of public education. I feel a personal connection to our school district clients, which motivates me to provide in-depth answers to their complex questions and communicate those answers clearly and effectively.

As a product of public schools from my kindergarten through law school education, I understand and appreciate the role of the public education system in our society. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to serve that system.

Overview

Dominique Quaglia focuses her practice on both student and employee matters. She assists clients with an array of issues, including in the areas of special education, student rights and discipline, and labor and employment.

With a strong interest in writing, Dominique enjoys drafting memoranda, reports, and responses to complaints. Her positive attitude allows her to take on any task, big or small, with confidence and determination. Her detail-oriented approach allows her to manage the intricacies of a wide range of legal topics in education law.

Dominique has always been passionate about helping students reach their full potential. She has experience as a junior high softball coach, SAT prep mentor, and writing tutor for collegiate student-athletes. Dominique also has a background in National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I compliance and previously interned in two different athletic departments.

While in law school, Dominique served as the Technology Editor for the Arizona State Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. Her paper, Far From the Finish Line: High School Sports and Title IX, earned her a spot as a finalist in the Sports Lawyers Association National Law Student Writing Competition. Dominique was also a summer law clerk with the Superior Court of Maricopa County in the Juvenile Department.

After School

After school, you can often find me at a local movie theater watching the week’s newest release. I love to read fiction books, attend concerts and music festivals, and tour movie studios around Los Angeles. I’m also an avid Philadelphia sports fan – Go Phillies and Birds!
