What can I solve for you?

I can advise public agencies on various transactional matters, namely assisting schools with providing excellent facilities and services to students. With my experience with alternative delivery methods and public-private partnerships, I can assist public agencies with the procurement and delivery of construction and renovation projects.

What's it like to work with me?

As a transactional lawyer, I strive to ensure contracts are consistent, comprehensive, and most importantly, get the job done. My goal is to ensure contract language is clear and understandable to clients. I work to keep clients informed so they can effectively negotiate and protect their interests to find win-win solutions.
