Bringing extensive experience, strong communication skills and a steady leadership style to my work, I supervise a diverse array of matters in the management and operations of the firm. They include information technology (IT), human resources, finances, accounting, budgeting and other areas.

What's it like to work with me?

I find it very satisfying to draw on my knowledge about the dynamics of the workforce and work environment to solve problems and help F3 Law run smoothly. I always strive to get everyone’s buy-in on projects and give them a voice in determining how the firm functions. Rather than hovering over people and micromanaging their work, I prefer to provide them with the tools they need to succeed while letting them know that I’m always ready to supply additional help and resources if they’re needed.

Overview

F3 Law’s Chief Operations Officer John Singsank oversees the management and operations of the firm, with a particular focus on IT, human resources and financial and accounting areas. As a member of the management committee, he helps improve business processes, analyze data, and determine firm strategy and objectives. 

John brings a great deal of valuable well-rounded experience to his role. Prior to joining F3, he served in executive positions at three major Los Angeles law firms, where he gained keen insight and familiarity with the spectrum of law firm operations and developed his calm, direct, level-headed management style and collaborative approach. The breadth and depth of John’s skillset enables him to lend a hand in resolving issues small and large across a range of specialties, from budgeting to marketing. 

With a great appreciation for the mission of F3—to support school administrative agencies as they facilitate public education—John is honored to perform his role in working as a team with the firm’s skilled, dedicated lawyers and staff. 

After School

I also love watching sports. I’m a basketball fan and follow the LA Lakers closely, as well as the LA Kings hockey team. I enjoy baseball games and particularly appreciate visiting all the unique pro stadiums. Even though I’m in Southern California, I follow the Green Bay Packers, and have purchased one of the ownership stakes that the team offers to fans.
