What can I solve for you?

I can support clients with practical legal advice on education law matters to allow administrators to focus on what matters most – student success. I am prepared to support schools in any type of legal matter they may face.

What's it like to work with me?

I am a team player who believes in playing to my teammate's strengths. I am a zealous advocate for strong public education. My experience in public education grounds my realistic perspective of how schools function on a daily basis and the challenges education professionals face.

Overview

As a former middle school teacher, elementary school assistant principal, and curriculum professional, Jordan brings a practical, compliance-driven legal approach, grounded in the realities of public school operations.

Jordan focused his law school studies and clinical work on education and municipal law, gaining hands-on experience representing public institutions, as well as individuals.

Jordan has experience in representing school districts in administrative dismissal hearings of unionized employees, direct representation of students and families, and education policy reform.
