Lenore A. Silverman

What can I solve for you?

Our firm’s clients benefit from my deep base of knowledge in special education issues, as well as in disciplinary proceedings, charter school issues and general education law. I’ve also managed large special education litigation caseloads in urban districts and successfully represented school districts in due process hearings and mediations.

What's it like to work with me?

My many years of experience as a school administrator, special educator and then education law attorney give me a great understanding of and empathy for what administrators and teachers experience on a day-to-day basis. I’m told I excel at practical problem-solving through finding common ground that provides a foundation for solutions that work for all parties in a matter.
