Overview

Marie provides guidance and practical solutions to a wide range of legal challenges. She assists clients dealing with issues related to employee evaluations and disciplinary actions, student conduct, cases of sexual harassment, free speech concerns, and finds acceptable outcomes to problems.

Before joining F3, Marie worked at a labor and employment law firm in Los Angeles, where she represented employers in state and federal court and before the Labor Commissioner’s office. She defended employers in a wide range of disputes, including wage-and-hour matters, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.

During law school, Marie worked as a law clerk at a commercial law firm and volunteered in legal clinics, including a Youth Opportunity Clinic where she gained valuable experience in a variety of legal issues.

During my free time, I thoroughly enjoy reading historical fiction books, spending time with my friends and family, and serving at my church.
