Alex Rinkus is an associate who supports public schools, school districts, and education-sector clients in transactional matters involving facilities, real estate, leases, construction contracts, procurement, and public agency operations.

Alex’s work includes drafting and reviewing lease agreements, use agreements, construction-related contracts, professional services agreements, and other transactional documents that support school district operations and facilities planning throughout California.

Before joining F3 Law, Alex worked on private client, closely held business, public agency, and transactional matters involving tax planning, entity structuring, real estate ownership, trusts and estates, and select cross-border considerations. That background gives him a practical, detail-oriented approach to helping public education clients document agreements clearly, manage risk, and move projects forward.

After School

Outside the office, I enjoy exploring the arts, culture, and food that make Los Angeles such an exciting place to live. I like attending arthouse film screenings, visiting new gallery exhibitions, and discovering different neighborhoods around the city. I also enjoy traveling, especially to Spain, where my wife is from, and spending time there enjoying tapas by the beach. Around L.A., I’m always looking for new restaurants, markets, and local spots that reflect the city’s diverse and constantly evolving food scene.
