Alia El Radi works primarily with clients in Northern California and focuses on conducting investigations, including uniform complaint procedure investigations and Title IX complaints. She also defends districts from childhood sexual assault suits filed under AB 218. Additionally, she conducts research into various legal issues impacting school districts, from governance to special education to labor and employment. Alia assists districts in responding to complaints and inquiries from various federal and state agencies, including the Office for Civil Rights and the California Civil Rights Department.

Before joining F3 Law, Alia was a managing attorney for the House of Ruth Maryland where she litigated peace and protective order cases, drafted and negotiated custody, child support, and separation agreements. She also advised clients on child-related conflicts, including coordinating with child protective services, and enforcing divorce and custody orders.

As a law fellow at a law firm in Washington D.C., Alia prepared and researched immigration visa applications and petitions. She advised clients and prepared and edited briefs and filings for immigration court.
