What can I solve for you?

Whatever the underlying issue, when conflict threatens your organization, I can help you find the clearest path forward. Whether through negotiation, mediation, arbitration or trial, I develop practical strategies that resolve disputes creatively and efficiently and position you for success once the conflict is resolved.

What's it like to work with me?

I’m very hands-on, and I enjoy collaborating with strong teams on meaningful, challenging work. But I never lose sight of how stressful litigation can be, and I do everything I can to alleviate that. I believe in being responsive, proactive and straightforward. You'll always know where your case stands, what your options are and why we're taking a particular approach.

Overview

Craig Borison represents clients in complex commercial and civil litigation, helping them navigate disputes with practical advice, sound judgment and strong courtroom advocacy, while minimizing disruption to their operations. His litigation experience spans employment disputes, property and real estate matters, commercial and contract litigation, public entity issues and other complex civil disputes.

Craig has first-chaired multiple civil trials, giving him the experience and confidence to handle high-stakes matters. He is adept at every stage of litigation—from early case assessment and strategy through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, trial and appeal. And having represented both plaintiffs and defendants, he understands how each side evaluates a case, enabling him to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities and develop effective litigation strategies.

Earlier in his career, Craig served as General Counsel for a commercial real estate company with a portfolio exceeding $1 billion. That experience gave him firsthand insight into what it means to manage legal issues from the client’s side of the table, pragmatically balancing legal risk with budgets, operational realities, business objectives and competing priorities.

After School

I enjoy traveling and discovering new cuisines. I'm also an amateur sculptor and find working with clay to be a creative counterbalance to the practice of law.
