Prior to joining F3, Jonathan practiced general business and real estate litigation, representing all manner of business entities including LLCs, partnerships, and non-profits. In this capacity he gained valuable skills resolving prelitigation disputes as well as extensive experience in litigation through all stages, including appeals.
