Focusing on business, real estate and facilities, Jonathan Velasquez helps develop strategies for matters ranging from architect and construction errors and omissions, to contractual disputes. 

Jonathan contributes his extensive experience and enjoyment of analyzing and simplifying complex problems for his clients’ benefit. Emphasizing writing and communication skills, Jonathan adeptly synthesizes information into easily digestible content. Whether resolving a dispute or facilitating a transaction, he emphasizes teamwork and bringing people together to find solutions that work well for all parties.

Prior to joining F3, Jonathan practiced general business and real estate litigation, representing all manner of business entities including LLCs, partnerships, and non-profits. In this capacity he gained valuable skills resolving prelitigation disputes as well as extensive experience in litigation through all stages, including appeals.

After School

I enjoy all manner of outdoor activities but I especially love hiking and running with my fiancé and dog. Family is also very important to me, so my ideal weekend always includes barbequing and spending time with my parents, siblings, aunts, and uncles. I have also been a guitarist for about 20 years and enjoy playing a wide variety of styles, including blues and classical.
