Laura R. Wagner focuses her practice primarily on business and facilities issues. With experience in public financing, philanthropy/fundraising, vendor contracting, financial reporting, treasury operations, real estate, investigations, governance matters, and policies and procedures, Laura can advise on an array of complex issues related to California school districts and other education-related public agencies.

Laura enjoys building relationships and collaborating with her clients. She is always willing to explore new and creative solutions and think through various scenarios with her clients. She’s hard working and focused, but also warm, compassionate and fun with a great sense of humor. Clients appreciate her attention to detail and ability to learn quickly and think on her feet.

Prior to joining F3, Laura spent 13 years in-house at a nonprofit health entity working on business, tax and governance matters and uses this experience to anticipate client needs. She also spent a decade working on public finance matters.
