Drawing on my legal experience in both the public and private sectors, coupled with a strong background in negotiation and people skills, I help clients on a wide range of special education matters, namely representing our districts in due process hearings.

Education is an essential component in an individual’s growth, as it paves the way for the development of thought, knowledge, and expression. I am thankful to be spending my career assisting our school districts as they contribute to the intellectual development and well-being of our students.   

Overview

Lucy Nadzharyan focuses her practice on special education matters, due process hearings, and employee investigations. Known for her attention to detail and holistic approach in addressing issues, clients rely on Lucy to navigate them through the complexities of due process hearings.

She prepares witnesses for hearings by providing pertinent information while also offering psychological and mental support throughout the process.

Drawing on her strong writing skills in conjunction with her expertise in legal research, Lucy enjoys writing briefs, memoranda, investigative reports, and responding to complaints. Clients appreciate her keen ability to make people feel heard and her dedication to helping solve their problems effectively and efficiently.

Prior to joining F3, Lucy clerked at various local and international law firms, ranging from international arbitration to employment to family law. Before pursuing her law career, Lucy worked at a private equity firm where she conducted industry and market research on a wide-range of deals.

After School

Aside from spending quality time with my loved ones, I like to travel whenever I can. I enjoy trying new restaurants and culinary experiences around the world. During my free time, I love reading the classics – anything by Austen, Tolstoy, or Dostoyevsky.
