What's it like to work with me?

I strive to provide client centered case management, maintaining an open dialogue to keep you apprised of all developments in the various legal disputes facing your district. I will handle all investigations and administrative complaints with an eye towards eventual litigation, and work with you to reach the most favorable outcomes. I believe it is crucial to understand the needs of each unique district, and will tailor all guidance to meet the needs of your district.

As someone who grew up with a family of educators, I am passionate about helping California’s schools provide the best education by providing the necessary legal support tailored to each unique school district.

Overview

Nathaniel Rosilez has represented both public and private employers in labor matters before the California Public Employment Relations Board, the National Labor Relations Board, the California Civil Rights Department, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the California Superior Courts.

Nathaniel’s experience allows him to provide guidance through the administrative and judicial complaint processes as well as provide effective advice and counsel to clients aimed at avoiding administrative and judicial complaints.

Nathaniel has additional experience working with school districts to conduct both certificated and classified discipline, and conducts investigations into various complaints that have not resulted in administrative complaints and litigation. Nathaniel’s experience influences his approach to each investigation, allowing him to identify key facts and issues that factor into resolving complaints.

Nathaniel relies on the experience he has before the various administrative agencies and judicial bodies to provide guidance to clients.

 

After School

I am an avid UCLA Bruins fan and can often be found in the Rose Bowl on Saturdays in the Fall. When I'm not there, I spend my time waiting in line at Disneyland.
