A dedicated proponent of youth and education, Stephanie “Steph” Richards, brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate outlook to her practice. Focusing on labor and employment issues and a variety of student matters, Steph helps school districts provide resources that enable kids to learn and thrive in safe and nurturing environments. Before Steph entered the legal profession, she served as a teacher and a school counselor, experiences that enhance her ability to understand school districts’ issues and needs and offer insightful legal guidance.
